Africa Mining Legislation Atlas (AMLA) Workshop- Summary Report - Extractives Baraza

The AMLA Workshop, part of the African Mining Legislation Atlas (AMLA) Project which aims to provide customized contextual and legal data on Africa’s mining laws through the AMLA website as well as building the capacity of Africa’s next generation of legal experts in mining law.

The AMLA Workshop, part of the African Mining Legislation Atlas (AMLA) Projectwhich aims to provide customized contextual and legal data on Africa’s mining laws through the AMLA website as well as building the capacity of Africa’s next generation of legal experts in mining law, is an annual event hosted by different African countries each year and this year, Strathmore University, Nairobi Kenya was the place to be for AMLA.

SEIC and EB welcomed the organizing team of the African Legal Support Facility (ALSF), partnering organizations such as the African Union Commission and the World Bank Group, participating law students from universities all over Africa and esteemed speakers and trainers from across the globe.
