Environment Action Plan Preparation Guidelines

These guidelines provide a standardized roadmap for application in the preparation of the County Environment Action Plans as per provision of EMCA Cap 387 and the Constitution of Kenya 2010. The guidelines seek to facilitate development of action plans which link social, economic and environmental issues aimed at reducing poverty, enhancing equity and generating wealth for the present and future-generations.
